Optimized production systems by enabling the implementation of new pipelines, specifically for biocide(s)

Created and updated P&IDs for site utilities, such as for plant air and steam & condensate

Prepared for Audits by conducting mechanical integrity reports, MOCs, and PSV calculations/replacements

Conducted extensive performance testing/research as part of a Green Belt initiative to deduce an appropriate strategy for milling colorants

Prepared pre-formulated laboratory chemical blends and assisted in the re-formulation of said blends

Performed quality control experiments and tests on products before allowing them to be sold to customers

Planned, mapped out, and implemented lockouts of valves and flanges to safely perform updates on parts of esterifiers and other vessels

Completed capital projects, such as measuring and calculating pressure drops of chemical piping to determine purchases of future apparatus to ensure plant safety and efficiency
